Halcyon believes that the quality of diving is due in most part to divers’ mastery
of buoyancy,proper trim, balanced weighting and efficient propulsion. . Halcyon's
Multifunction Compensator,the heart of this unique diving system, is specifically
designed to give divers a distinct advantage in these critical areas.



Backplate
Two types of backplates are available.

- A 6 lbs. stainless steel and a very light
aluminum

- Utility holes allow mating with MC Storage
Pak to stow a variety of lift devices.

- Specially designed for use with Pinoneer
wing on a single tank – no adaptor needed.











Single Tank Adaptors
- Stainless steel adaptor allows divers to
secure older style Halcyon Pioneer wings
with a single tank to conventional
backplates, or current Pioneer wings to
non-Halcyon backplates.

- New Weighted STA provides six pounds of
non-ditchable ballast.



Harness Pocket
- Perfect for travel, when you might be using
a rental wet or dry suit without the proper
thigh pockets.

- Slides onto the Secure Harness strap; rigid
ABS-reinforced plate holds pocket shape
during dive.

- Pocket helps to secure the long hose of
your first stage if you are not using a
canister light.









Halcyon Secure Harness System
- This system allows for infinite adjustability
providing perfect fit for all divers. Five point
system insures snug fit and eliminates tank
roll and drift

- MC Storage Pak® provides "transparent"
storage for alternate lift and signaling
devices

- Bent D-rings facilitate one-handed storage
of accessories like Scout lights or stage
bottles

- Complete adjustability of D-rings eliminates
inappropriate attachment points






Halcyon Eclipse Buoyancy Compensators
- Designed for single tank use with a tank adaptor (included)
- Low profile wing design.
- 1680 ballistic nylon outer shell and 400 denier nylon inner bladder.
- Available in 30 and 40 lbs. lift capacity.



Halcyon Explorer Buoyancy Compensators
- Designed for double tank use.
- Narrower, elongated construction improves streamlining and trim.
- 1680 ballistic nylon outer shell and 400 denier nylon inner bladder.
- ‘Trap door’ rapid drainage system.

Available in 3 lift capacities:
- 40 lbs provide minimalist approach to buoyancy using double aluminum 80’s
and light wet suit.
- 55 lbs is suitable for use with heavier double steel tanks and additional stage
bottle.
- 70 lbs is designed for heavier steel tanks and multiple stage bottles

All Halcyon wings now come with new stainless steel inflators.



Surface Markers & Inflatables
Lift devices are essential tools for all diving activities ranging from recreational
drift and salvage diving to signaling and emergency floatation.

Halcyon lift devices are designed to be integrated into the Multifunction
Compensator System for minimum storage and maximum efficiency.

- Inflatable at any depth, each device can function as redundant buoyancy.
- Inflate by using BC or dry suit low pressure hose.
- Orally inflatable in the event that a diver’s gas supply is depleted.




Halcyon Surf Shuttle
The Surf Shuttle provides extra margin of safety for the diver facing a long wait
at the surface.
- 4ft long with 30 lbs. lift capacity.
- Ideal for divemasters and instructors working with novice divers.
- Redundant floatation at depth or on the surface.
- Stainless steel hardware.


Halcyon Supra Closed and Semi Closed Circuit Lift Devices
Halcyon’s lift bags have more uses than just for salvage and underwater lifting.
They can be used as a marker device while at depth, a supplemental surface
floatation or as a signaling device.
Apart from added margin of safety and comfort, Halcyon lift bags are small
enough to be stowed with Halcyon thigh pocket or back plate storage pack.

SCC 60
- Semi closed circuit design.
- Over pressure valve allows for lift modulation during salvage lift operations.
- Baffled inflation chamber prevents accidental dumping in rough conditions.



CC 80 and 185
- Closed circuit design prevents air from dumping.
- Available in 80 lbs. and 185 lbs. lift capacities.
- No-lock low pressure connector but can be orally inflated when necessary.
- Stainless steel attachment.
- Elastic cord retainer.
